The Web Environment
The CRM system is developed as a web application, allowing for easy remote access to the application from anywhere on the Internet where a web browser is installed, while observing necessary safety standards, of course.
Synchronization with MS Exchange
The CRM system supports synchronization with MS Exchange, thus supporting integration in the organization’s environment. This integration can be even further supported by extension of MS Outlook by direct links to relevant information in the CRM (e.g. to communication history with the contact currently viewed in Outlook).
Mutual Interconnection of Records
It is possible to create mutual links among the records in individual modules as well as records from different modules. Upon viewing such a record, information on interconnection of the record with another one is obvious.
