Basic information
ISTEC system is an intranet system to support management of elementary processes in organization.
General features:
- web based system, there's no need to install any additional application on clients workstations
- tailored software built exactly according to client needs
- possibility to synchronize with Active Directory, MS Exchange and other systems
Modules and functions
- Home page can display well arranged information and offer topical information from other applications or modules
- User and rights management to define user groups and their rights to access and update information
- Bulletin act as an electronic board where competent users (publishers) can put messages to other employees
- Reservations for reservations of shared resources like conference rooms, notebooks, portable data projectors, cars, etc
- Absence monitoring module to monitor presence of employees in the office based on the holiday, work travels or other activities, current status can be displayed to other colleagues.
- Approval process module as a general module for support of various processes that requires approval of other employees in the company. Approval process module can be used by other modules like work travels module or holidays requests.
- Document management module allows storing and publishing documents for other employees.
Other modules can be developed based on individual client's needs.
