GeForm

Introduction

GeForm is an internet application for designing general web forms which can be used as questionnaires or for registration of participants for various events.

Usage

An administrator designs a form containing any number of fields (text boxes, selections and options) in an administration application. When the form is finished, it automatically appears on the web where users can start to fill it. The administrator can later view the answers filled in by the users as a table, or export them to Excel for subsequent processing.
