POHLEDNICE ONLINE
A straightforward, yet powerful app designed to send paper postcards directly from your phone. We started to work on this project back in 2015, when the original idea sparkled in Czech Post. Originally only a small tool, it has expanded into versatile postcard application with many interesting options. As many as 5.000 postcards are sent every day and the app has more than 200.000 downloads on both platforms. As of 2018, it is still under intense development, aiming to introduce cool upgrades next year.
SOLUTION OVERVIEW
The app has been developed for iOS and Android and has a powerful backend engine that connects apps to the Czech Post environment via a number of webservices. We have teamed up with the Czech Post e-commerce team led by Lucie Vojtova to produce the second version.

TEAM AND TIME
The first version was launched early in 2015, and the second one approximately one year later. The app is still under development. A consistent team of iOS, Android and PHP developers is led by an account manager, who communicates directly with the e-commerce team in Czech Post.
