An intranet application designed specifically for Molson Coors, a multinational group of companies associating both small and large breweries all around the world. It is used for administration and monitoring of contracts and bonuses between breweries and On-Trade customers (restaurants, clubs, bars, discos…) or Off-Trade customers (distributors). The system runs in Czech Republic, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, and Hungary . You can find extended information at http://piontrade.cz/en.
SOLUTION OVERVIEW
PION covers complete OnTrade and OffTrade process, including customer data collection, bonus setup and approval, document management, reporting etc. Some breweries have a different bonus system, and the PION app can be easily customized to fit the required scenario. PION has a large backend solution as well, providing control over the processes and content. It runs on internal Molson Coors infrastructure. In 2016, together with our Romanian partner Bergenbier, we have added customer portal, where brewery customers process their bonuses directly online.

TEAM AND TIME
As of 2019, the system has been implemented in 8 countries in these breweries: Staropramen (Czech Republic), Zagrebacka Pivovara (Croatia, Bosnia), Bergenbier (Romania), Apatinska Pivara (Serbia, Bosnia), Kamenitza (Bulgaria), Trebjesa (Montenegro), and Borsodi (Hungary). The team is lead by a senior account manager and includes developers, tester and a webcoder.
